His professional background includes experience at Deloitte, one of the world’s Big Four professional services firms, where he gained valuable exposure to financial management, business processes, corporate governance and strategic decision-making.

Under his leadership, Icon Plus Industries has expanded from a trading-focused business into a diversified organization with capabilities across automotive care, spray paints, household care, electronics and industrial maintenance, manufacturing, toll manufacturing and blending.

His leadership approach remains focused on strengthening operational systems, developing manufacturing capabilities, building capable teams and creating sustainable long-term growth for the organization.
