- Clearly label and securely package the item(s) you are returning, including all original accessories and documentation.
- Include the RA number on the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in section 2. If the return is approved, we will process a refund, replacement, or exchange, as per your preference and our policy.
- Refund Process
For refunds, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase within a week of receiving the returned item.
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
- Return Shipping Costs
