ICON PLUS CONTACT CLEANER is a mixture of chemicals, intended to remove or prevent the build-up of oxides or other unwanted substances on the conductive surfaces of connectors, switches, and other electronic components with moving surface contacts, and thus reducing the contact resistance encountered. The use of a contact cleaner can help to minimize the wetting current across a pair of contacts.

DIRECTIONS:

Shake can well, saturated area to treated, and allowed to soak. For best protection do not wipe off. 

FEATURES:

Contact Cleaners differ in terms of features. For example, anti-static or ESD-safe products contain anti-static agents or conductive compounds to reduce or eliminate the generation of electrostatic discharge (ESD).

PRECAUTIONS:

Keep away from direct sunlight and do not expose to temperatures, exceeding 50 C. Do not puncture or burn even after use. Do not spray close to or onto a naked flame or any incandescent material. No smoking near the spray, avoid inhaling or breathing fumes or vapor, and avoid spraying directly onto the eyes. Keep away from sources of ignition, flames, and sparks. Avoid the accumulation of Electrostatic charges. Use in well-ventilated areas.
